Lasting Powers of Attorney

Lasting Powers of Attorney help you to appoint someone you trust to help manage your affairs when you can't.

There are two types of Lasting Powers of Attorney which allow you to appoint someone to:

  1. Manage your Property and Affairs
  2. Manage your Personal Welfare needs

We can advise you on when to make an LPA and assist you though the Court process.

Click here to see our guide to making an LPA.

We can assist you in:

  • Drafting an LPA
  • Registering LPA with the Court of Protection

Please contact us to discuss further and make an appointment to see one of our advisers.
